How can I buy the product(s) from Jolis?
Method 1
1. Visit the Order Now page
2. Fill in the order form
Method 2 (Most preferable if you are only ordering 1 product)

Find the product that you want, and hit the "BUY" button at the bottom right corner of the product.

The button will direct you to Jolis's gmail, then you can send an email to us for ordering the product.
Method 3 (Most preferable if you are ordering 2 or more products at the same time)

Screenshot the products that you want to buy.

Dm the photos and your email account to us via Instagram.

Orders can be taken in Chinese or English.

No matter which method you used, a confirmation email will be sent to you after each order.

Please note that all your private information will be kept as confidential.
How am I going to pay for my orders?
You will have to pay for the orders in cash only when you collect the orders.
How am I going to collect my order(s)?
Are there any deliveries?
Since this is a small business, we are unable to provide any deliveries at the very moment.
You may collect your orders near almost every MTR stations in HK. Further details will be confirmed with you after you have taken the order.
Are there any return/exchange policies available?
Once you have paid and collected (accepted) your orders, there will not be any return/ exchange of products. Please note that refund is also unavailable.
